crash heap

Mine makes a chirp at start up and when it goes into gear. It does it til I am almost to second gear. It’s done it since mile 1 so I chalked it up to nothing to worry about

I assume the clip in the pic goes on the bed side of the liner and the bolt and washer go from the liner side obviously. But how in the hell do you get these started and tightened. This is new to me. Any help would be appreciated

I have the 6.6 gas and was wondering because of the direct injection if I should run an oil catch can. Would it void my warranty?

My brand new 21 makes this noise too. My wife's 04 yukon xl with the 5.3 makes it as well. Same exact scenario, once truck is warm it doesn't do it. The yukon has a lot of miles so I didn't think much about it. I preferred the way that the 6.0 sounded at idle as well. The 6.6 is kinda ticky. I like the truck a lot though

My dealer said they didn't think they could get them. I will press the issue. Thanks guys
