My truck has been fixed I picked it up this morning after having dropped it off Monday. Pretty pleased with the turn around. According to the service advisor the valve body installed was a new part number. He says it is a redesign that should not develop the same issue again.
I did see your post. I have already started down that same path. I will say my dealer has been great dropped the truck yesterday had diagnosis and part ordered today. Also suggested I keep on GM about the issue to help get the ball rolling.
Add me to the list. Dropped off my 22 sierra yesterday. Was told today it is the valve body and it has been ordered no eta on arrival. Dealer states there are trucks waiting one of which he has had and been waiting for 4 months.
Having the same issue here as well. Just started smelling coolant around front of truck lose about half the reservoir in last 1000 miles no signs of leak anywhere. Took covers and skid plate off to see if it would drip too with no luck 22 sierra. Anyone find a solution yet?
Just want to let everyone know GM still is doing a terrible job of painting new trucks. I have a 2017 bought September of 2017 and may of this year paint started peeling off. It is the Iridescent Pearl Tri Coat. GM/Chevrolet/Dealer all want to do nothing about it. It is an on going issue they need to correct. Should not have a truck with over 50k sticker and require a repaint after 3 years 8 months.
