  1. BigBlue thanks for the info using the Scotch Mount tape and the 20 oz. bottle. That worked very well removing the first cap. I was having trouble with the tape holding well enough to pull the other 3 off so I improvised. I grabbed a hair dryer and turned it on the hottest setting while I stuck the end of the bottle with the molding tape to heat it well enough to make it more sticky and tacky. I rotated the hair dryer around the end of the bottle holding it in places for 1-1 1/2 minutes to get it hot enough to make the tape sticky enough to really grab the center cap. After 30 - 40 minutes I had all 4 caps removed. Hope this advice helps anyone else that's trying to remove the center caps. This was much easier than removing the tires from my truck.
