Yes, 4WD and stock suspension lift. Thought about the CV, but I'm only getting the pop under quick load/unload. Thought i would experience it more regularly with a CV issue?

Since I've purchased this truck new a little over a year ago, I've had issues with a loud pop coming from the left front area. This pop only originates when there is a load applied (heavy braking) or unload (crossing railroad tracks, pot holes). It's loud enough to have startled my kids and wife while riding along. Dealer hasn't been able to find anything. Just had an alignment done and caster on the left front was right at 3 (bottom spec). As soon as I left the alignment shop and crossed railroad tracks, it sounded like a rod coming through the cab. Any thoughts/ideas? I'm leaning towards the caster being part of the issue, as I'm fairly confident in it being something suspension related. Appreciate any help/guidance you all may have...
