Dashboard electronics goes black sporadically

When pulling into the walmart parking lot and also when stopping along the street to back into my parking spot, my trucks electronics "Glitched" for 1 or 2 seconds and then kick on. When this happens the radio doesn't play any music until I shut the truck off and turn it back on. This also effects the power steering. Any suggestions?
