Hello, I bought a used 2017 Yukon and the rear dvd is spotty- the buttons in the back do not work at all and to get a movie to play I have to continue to skip forward from the front seat and then reach back to the back seat to see if I’m at a menu screen to start the movie yet. It’s quite annoying. I saw that I can opt for auto play on the menu on the dvd screen but the buttons aren’t working. Is this a common issue? Something we can fix at home if it’s a loose wire? thanks
