I posted in the mods section as I am hoping some folks may have paint matched things like mirrors, grille, fog light bezel, etc. and can answer this. I had a parking lot incident and put some scratches in the urethane trim piece that goes from fender to fender, below grill, around headlights (not sure what the technical name is for this piece). With this said, my dad and I have painted dozens of classic cars so I plan to pull and respray myself. Color matching panels is always a bit of a gamble and some paint brands (PPG, Sherwin Williams, etc) matches better than others, has anyone had good luck getting a match on Onyx Black and if so what paint brand/type/code (I have the table but for confirmation) was used? Thanks.
