I purchased a 2003 Silverado 2500HD with 140,000 miles on it. When I start the truck the brake pedal violently and noticeably pops up. If I have my foot on the brake pedal, it's quite a jolt. The previous owner had the issue when I bought the truck and he never had it checked out. There is nothing wrong with the brake system other than that. I have yet to find anything online from someone who has experienced this problem. starting truck.movie.mp4
