  1. I also forgot to mention that I have gone through the process of eliminating the spark plugs, spark plug wires and coils as possible culprits. the misfire code did not follow the plug, wire or coil.
  2. I have a 2015 silverado 1500 that was giving a Po307 code. I pulled the engine apart and discovered I had a collapsed AFM lifter. I have replaced the lifters all around, put in new head gasket, new head gasket bolts, new halve cover gaskets, new spark plugs, new fuel cross over pipe and high pressure fuel pipe. I started driving it and it seemed good for a couple of days, and then started making noise like there was air escaping from the intake manifold, and eventually knocking in the exhaust. I replaced the manifold and gaskets as I was told they can warp, and while changing that, i discovered that the seals on one of my injectors (cylinder 3) was clearly getting blowby. I replaced the injector and replaced all of the seals on the other injectors as well. Now I am getting the P0307 code again, and i have blue smoke. The engine seems to run quiet, but still rough and the smoke. Im not sure what to continue with now, i have replaced everything I can think of, and it seems like the lifter may have collapsed again. Any ideas out there??
