    Hi, I've got the same issue, one knock sensor out. I have heard both ways, change the both when you change one, and it will or will not hurt. Personally my 2005 doesn't seem to mind and mine has been out for a couple of months. A pain to get to, that's why most say change them both is one goes out. I'll follow your thread in case you get a good answer. Hoakieman

    Hey Sierra folks, First it was my 'left rear Door is ajar" then a while later I got "Right Rear Door Ajar" message, now both are alternating. I was told at first that it was the Door latch switch on the Left, but others say it's the BCM, now with both displaying the ajar message it seems more likely that it is the BCM. My question is, how can I be sure? The BCM is very expensive. Can I test it some how? My Baby has 136,000 miles on her, running fine, but these little goblins are really bugging me. Hoakieman
