Hello all, Recently had a previous radio stolen from my 1995 GMC C1500 pickup (important detail because some wires may be cut). I’m hooking up the wiring harness to the trucks harness and notice three wires are cut- the contestant and accessory power and ground (presumably to keep him from popping the anti theft device or a fuse?). Anyways, spliced those together, threw the radio in and we have power- but no sound. I’ve looked up a million YouTube videos on this and a lot of people were saying to splice the power amp and accessory wires of the wiring harness together when plugging it into the truck. Tried this with no luck. The ONLY thing I’m thinking it could be now is that I notice this wire that’s been cut inside the radio well- is this a speaker wire? If so, what gauge do I splice it with and more importantly, where do I plug it in?? Thanks for all your help
