JD Windows and Doors

I recently purchased a seat bolt mount for my Silverado ('16 2500HD LT) and have found that they don't have front bolts for the seat rails and are in fact just clips. Anybody have any locations in their set ups that have used one? It's a 23" steel slinky arm so it is bendable slightly. Looking to mount iPad to it since this is basically my mobile office. TYIA!
