Hello, I have been having a problem the last couple weeks where when I use the volume knob on the dash it glitches the system to turn off and on the screen while also cutting the source music etc when turning the knob. If I use the volume controls on the steering wheel everything is fine. I have tried pulling the infotainment fuses on the right side block, and disconnecting the battery in trying to reset it. I have also reset all to factory settings to no avail. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
