  1. That did develop around the last 1k miles. Honestly, I wasn't sure what it was, and I was about to have it diagnosed before deciding to trade it. I literally had the appointment setup the day before the trade, and ironically had a meeting come up where I had to cancel my appointment. I'm not sure if maybe it was screws needing to be re-torqued or or not; and it wouldn't be fair for me to attribute it to the leveling kit without proper diagnosis. However, the leveling kit was the only modification I did to the truck; it had original wheel/tire setup. It went about 15k miles before getting to that. As I'm writing this, I was thinking about when the sound came up. The last couple of thousands miles were during an out of state project where I was crossing some railroad tracks at between 50-60mph 6x's a week. That could have loosened the bolts resulting in the clunking sound.
  2. I know I'm really late, but after 16k miles and daily use of ACC including multiple 1k trips, it still functions as it did pre-level.
  3. The guy's at the dealer and the shop that did it didn't flinch much, for better or for worse. I hope it's not too bad mid term. I wanted the AT4 height or at least something closer to an HD setup with the least modifications and impact on ride quality. Anyway, came from the HD 3/4 ton world, and this 1/2 ton suits 90% of what I'll be using this truck for, but I may end up back in the HD after having done my first 7,500 lb tow. In fact, I was talking to the sales guy about getting on the list for the refreshed 2024 HD. I wish they had a 3/4 ton this size though, I just don't need an extra foot of bed, or extra stiff springs most of the time.
  4. I didn't find a lot of photos on this when I was doing research, but here's the before and after on my 2022 Sierra Denali 6.2L 4x4. I had a Suspension Maxx 2.5in leveling kit installed with their 1.5" kit block in the rear. The pics show it with stock tires, but I'll probably go to 285's once I wear these out. Brief thoughts on my kit after install below: Ride is about the same on the highway. Braking seems a little different, but not concerning. Might address itself after the alignment is done at the dealer. Adaptive cruise still works as it did before Height roughly matches AT4/AT4X when parked next to them. (That was my goal) Only wish I'd added another half inch to an inch in the rear to have a little bit of rake. From certain angles it looks like the front is a tiny bit higher than the back, but may just be optics. Due to restricted size of attachments, the pics will be in two or three more posts.
  5. That's good to know! Decided not to upgrade to super cruise, and keep the 2022 Denali, but I did just install that suspension maxx kit as well, with a 1.5in block in the back. I'm on stock tires though, but plan to add 285's once these wear out. Adaptive cruise still works fine.
  6. That's awesome! Thanks for updating us on the thread. Great looking truck!
  7. @newdude I pretty much agree and came to the same conclusion as your assessment. That's why I wasn't worried about the 2in level kit with the ACC on the Denali. I am bummed though that the tire size can't be adjusted. I was really hoping the level kit wouldn't impact SuperCruise, but the more I think of it, there must be a reason the AT4 doesn't have it as an option. Wish the Denali came with an option for standard or off-road shocks. As you said ARC makes them pretty tough to mess with the suspension, and honestly some high end shocks would ride better than ARC. The shocks I had on my ex-TRX gave it just about the best ride I've ever had in a truck over all kinds of roads.
  8. Anyone have any updates? As super cruise starts making its way into the pickups it's going to be an increasingly important question to answer. I'm pretty close to trading my refreshed 2022 1500 Denali for one with super cruise now that they are reaching the dealer lots. I'd planned on doing a 2in leveling kit with a 1.5 rear lift to get it to the same height of the AT4. That way it would keep most of its OEM tolerances and limit its effect on ACC. I wasn't worried with that setup, but super cruise is a different ball game. @elcamino In responding to your comment as to why someone would want to do this... The issue is that none of the manufacturers want to make luxury truck capable of routinely going through occasional rough terrain versus "off-road focused", and by that I just mean the minimal 2" lift and Maybe some machined aluminum or chrome 20's with 275/65/20 10 ply all season road tires. For light duty towing, b-roads, construction sites, etc. Anything with a factory lift is tailored to "off-road" enthusiasts and "Baja", with plenty of black plastic and painted 18" wheels and off-road tires. Why they can't option a 2in lift on a Denali/Limited/Platinum level truck across the board, I don't know. Your choices are Tremor/AT4/Rebel/Raptor/TRX. Or one is pushed into a 3/4 ton to get the luxury trim with any added capability (2500 Longhorn/King Ranch/Limited's). Nothing wrong with the aforementioned trucks, but they are completely missing a market segment. I loved the 3/4 tons, I just wanted them to be a little shorter, a littler faster, and little more comfortable for daily use so I dropped to a 1/2 ton. Alternatively, I could just be the minority and it's a money losing proposition for them.
