I used a console from a 2021 Tahoe (non sliding style)I hard-wired the power from an empty fuse spot on the passenger side to the outlet, usb and to get the wireless charger to work. I still need to make a 3d printed piece that connects the dash and the console because of the different design in the Yukon, instead of going under like in the Silverado, the sides have leather pieces that raise up into the dash a little bit. Console bolts right in and is a nice except at the dash where the bottom of the ac controls are.

Won’t work. The trim on the top part of the console isn’t flat like the Silverado/Sierra. It curves up. I have this swapped in my truck and am looking to see if the top where the wireless charger is can be changed to the Silverado one. Last pic is a cutout of something that could be made, but I’m also planning add-on of second screen for radio

this guy put a bigger one in but idk if he retained the controls but he left the origianal screen so idk why not.

why not just keep the old svreen and mount a second display? has anyone done this yet? if so did you splice the wires or is there a harness adapter for this yet?

I swapped the dead space console for a 2021 Yukon center console. I need to figure out what wiring harness will get most of the plugs to work still and find a trim piece to fit to the dash but it looks decent.
