Installed new batt. Replaced evap solenoid. Part darts. Turn ignition to start turns over for like 15 seconds then starts, runs for 3-5 seconds putters and dies. Had a interlock removed by a vendor shop. They looked at it and said "it's a unrelated Coincidence." ANY help would be gratefully appreciated. 58,000 mi
