  1. I only replaced compressor. I triple evac to 1000 microns, breaking vacuum each time with 134.
  2. 2016, 6.0. A/c worked normal until compressor locked up. Innstall new compressor. Now no power to clutch. With engine running, full AC command with lights on climate control panel on, A/C fan going to full speed, no power to compressor. No blown fuses, a/c relay not energizing. Pulled relay and is working when 12 volts applied. No power anywhere in relay socket. I applied 12 volts to output terminal in relay socket and clutch energized and compressor ran, eliminating pressure switch being an issue. Suction pressure only dropped from 96psig to 84psig. Any thoughts?
  3. Thank you for this info. Horn works when I put 12 vts. to top of horn fuse.
  4. I did hear a click when wheel horn button is depressed. Voltage to fuse when horn is unplugged. 0 volts when horn is plugged in. No chirp when locking/unlocking as well. While testing this issue, the clicking has now stopped when horn button is pressed and 0 volts at fuse. Sounds like fuse block, yay! Thank you for this info about fuse block. I found nothing that explains this.
  5. Thank you. I have watched this recently. It does not address relay location. There is no reference to a horn relay in fuse block cover fuse/relay list on my truck. Hoping anyone might know.
  6. Does anyone know the horn relay location? Not listed in fuse block info.
