I couldn't wait. So I have my sills connected to the BCM X1 connector Pin 1 and that appears to still be correct from the 2022 install instructions. Turns on when it is supposed to, doesn't come on with Dome lights disabled. There is a very quick fade in, but not as slow as the dome lights. Controller closest to wheel wheel, and the Black connector closest to the front of the vehicle. Hope this helps. Just wish I knew what the current limit was, as I want to add some footwell LEDs as well.

Is anyone able to verify if the connection to the BCM for the Illuminated Door Sills has changed from the 2022 GMC Sierra Denali Black X1 connector Pin 1 location on a 2023 GMC Sierra Denali? With all the chip issues it wouldn't surprise me of changes from year over year. Thank you.
