Following Im in the same boat as you I'm leaning toward a Circle D. The shop quoted me 3k with a tune to allow the truck to breath. anything just as good or better for 899-1050?

150k on my 14 all terrain and Im starting to get a little slippage. thinking of going back with a Circle D converter , anything out there better and more affordable? i put the thermal bypass in there already

Good afternoon gents, so I just recently sold my 2012 GMC Sierra with 405,000 miles on it and I end up purchasing a 2014 GMC Sierra all terrain (which from the rust on the frame, I’m assuming it’s been up north). on my 2012 I did the active fuel management the correct way with changing out the cam, oil pump, water pump, and everything else. This time I want to try the plug and play method in the OBD port. I haven’t done much research but the research that I have done I see that plug-ins range from 40 on up to $300. Can anyone suggest a plug that I can use that is cost-efficient do I really need to spend $300 on the range? Or one that is comparable!

Replaced both! Will know in a few days if that was a fix.

So after thinking about it. When I’m driving down the road, I have very cold air and then randomly it will get warm and muggy and then 5 to 10 minutes later it might get cold again. Are y’all saying that those flaps will randomly open and close? I don’t know why they would do that…. BUT I did buy 2 actuators and Fiona replace them since I’m slow at work. I hope this works and it’s not a AC component.

I have noticed that the silver canister up near the fire wall sweats big time. I've checked the pressure a few times and the pressure is good. but it will start blowing warm and it will stop blowing as hard.

can you elaborate on this a little?

My 12 Sierra has been doing this for a few months, i just got on here to check for advice. It seems like it gets worse when it idles but it will do it when i'm driving interstate also. Any advice would be great, I have 377,****** miles on it and i'd like to keep it for much longer.
