Yeah but me and the boss are going to do it again Monday. Would this cause all the weird electrical fritzy stuff? I have my boss doing most of the Freon side of it as he has more experience. I’m leaving for my trip in 5 days and am trying to get as many ideas/tests as possible so I can run through them all at once and hopefully solve this before I have to set off.

I’m in FL so it’s HOT. A few weeks ago my AC started working intermittently until it finally stopped blowing cold altogether. Noticed a leak from the accumulator and the fans not working. Replaced both & now I have AC BUT either in motion or parked, every time I hit the accelerator, the AC turns off and it goes from recirculating to outside air INSTANTLY. I don’t know if it’s related but now after the vehicle sits for a while, the center mirror will read something outrageous like 140 degrees and then just start dropping. I tried resetting by pulling the fuse as directed for resetting but I’m still having the same issue. I’m going on a long trip and really need AC. Anybody have any ideas?
