Found the issue (I think) When I ordered I had two options. LTD 2021 body or new body style. I honestly didn’t pay it much attention. I have a 2022 not a 2021 so I selected new body style. turns out that was wrong. I should have selected 2021 body. I suppose I can take part of the blame for this but honestly it was a tad confusing in retrospect. tech support wasn’t much help. I could either order and pay for the correct OBD plug or I could take everything off my truck, box it up and ship it back and order the correct package. sadly I had to opt for buying the correct plug. No idea when it will arrive. Hopefully that does indeed resolve my issue.

In the middle of an install and I've run into an issue. Tech support is closed until Monday. I'll call them Monday if all else fails, but hoping someone else may have run into this issue. I have the steps installed and am at the point of hooking the blue and white wires from the OBD module to some wires behind the kick panel. The issue I have is the instructions and pictures don't match what I have. I have confirmed the instructions I'm looking at are for my make/model. The instructions say I should have an 8 plug harness....while I have only 7 plugs. The instructions say I should connect to the first, gray plug....my first plug is white. The instructions say I should connect to the 4th, green plug.....my 4th plug is black. Even if I use the green plug, the wire color and the specified pin location does not match the wire color specified in the instructions. Hopefully someone else here has run into this same issue and can confirm which plugs/wires I'm supposed to tap into so I can finish this install over the weekend. If not, I'll call tech support on Monday and figure out why my instructions are wrong. Thanks!
