  1. I know you made a plate to do your led strips and that worked out great, I was planning on buying these 3” footwell lights but not real sure where I can mount under the driver side dash with the 3M tape that comes with them. Any ideas lol?
  2. Thanks Matt! The white clip will it come completely out, I got it to release but didn’t want to break it lol.
  3. Just wanted to confirm this is the correct location? My truck is a 24 Sierra Denali. Thanks, DW
  4. I hate to say it but I think you get a good truck or a bad truck with GM in the last 10 years, It's sad that GM used to be the most reliable or least for me and my family. I had a new Escalade in 2017 and it had terrible vibration dealership kept a total of 12-14 weeks from July 5 to December 12. They absolutely tore that truck to pieces -2 pico vibration analysis test -Road forced balanced the wheels 3 times -Replaced 8 tires -Replaced transmission valve body -Tranmission fluid flush -Replaced torq converter -Replaced ring and pinion -Replaced drive shaft -Replaced steering wheel mounts -Checked all body mounts, rotors, etc What got me was when the service manager called me and said the tire was moving on the rim when I was going down the road causing balance to get off. I had 2 separate cases with GM headquarters and that is an absolute joke, to say the least. They care nothing about you or the trouble you're having with your car, I ended up taking a huge hit on that truck and sold it to get out from underneath it. Hate you are going through this but good luck with your journey and hope you do get it fixed.
  5. Let me know if it works out for you!

  7. I get it man I wasn’t driving my truck a whole lot it was driving me crazy but loved the way it looked lowered
  8. Install wasn’t to bad at all, but $29 to get rid of the vibration was money well spent!:D https://suspensionsuperstore.com/2-pinion-shim-for-pickups-with-2-5-3-wide-leaf-springs-now-also-fits-2-pin-f-150-belltech-4975
  9. Thanks, I’ve had them in for 6 days and no vibrations since:)
  10. Update 2degree shims seem to have taken the vibration away, haven’t driven the truck much but so far so good.
  11. I got up with Maxtrac yesterday and talked to JJ in tech support and was told to do a set of 2 degree leaf spring shims and that should clear up any vibration. Praying it does the job!
  12. I have a brand new Sierra Denali that I had a set of Maxtrac drop shackles put on to take the rake out but like a lot of people here I have the annoying vibration from 28-22MPH on deceleration, and have noticed the longer I drive the truck the worse it gets. Looking through the drop shackle thread below I noticed that some trucks have factory shims that can be turned to fix the issue however my truck does not have them. I like the look it gives the truck but was wondering if anybody on here has a Denali or a Sierra that did not come with factory shims that has come up with a fix besides removing the drop shackles? I will say it does not have the vibration if I put it in neutral. I will post a link to the shackles that I used. Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks! https://maxtracstore.com/2019-2023-chevy-gmc-1500-w-adaptive-ride-control-2-rear-drop-kit-maxtrac-712120mr/
  13. Sorry for the late response but yes I do have a vibration on decel from 28-22mph. My brother has a truck just like mine that is not lowered in the rear and I can just slightly tell where his is but mine is extremely noticeable compared to his truck.
  14. Got them installed and only noticed a slight vibration under deceleration between 27-22mph so far. I think I can live with that as long as it doesn't get worse with time/mileage.
  15. I had the Maxtrac 2" shackles installed on my 24 Sierra Denali yesterday and I slightly noticed the vibration/shudder on deceleration between 27-22mph, right now it's not bad enough to take them off as I like the leveled look better. Is this something that will get worse with mileage, my truck currently has 400 miles. The shop that did my install said they could do the rough country rubber bushing drop shackles but would have to figure out something to do on the adaptive ride sensor, that is the only reason for going with Maxtrac shackles as it came with a new adaptive ride bracket to keep warning lights off.
  16. Getting them installed today hopefully they will not cause any kind of vibrations!
  17. Brother has a 23 truck identical to mine the 1500’s are identical. The 2500 however did change in 24.
  18. I just bought a new 24 Sierra Denali 1500 4WD that I want to put some lowering shackles on to get rid of the rake in the rear. I've been searching the forums and seeing where people have had vibration issues and some do not. The one that had vibration had fixed it by flipping the factory leaf spring shim 180 degrees and that eliminated the vibration. My truck doesn't have the shim so I was curious if anybody here has a 22+ Sierra Denali that has lowered the rear end and not had this issue. I went with the Maxtrac setup that will be here tomorrow and will have them put in on Friday. Also, will these hurt the ride quality? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. https://maxtracstore.com/2019-2023-chevy-gmc-1500-w-adaptive-ride-control-2-rear-drop-kit-maxtrac-712120mr/ Thanks, DW
