Just bought a new 2024 GMC Sierra AT4X a couple weeks ago and the “myGMC” app does not download any status information from the vehicle. Have called OnStar dozens of times with all kinds of troubleshooting and promises of callbacks from “level 3” people which never happens. All the OnStar people can do that I call is uninstall and reinstall the app and very basic other things. I think most of them are still working from home as I often hear dogs and kids in the background. It just doesn’t seem like they can get anything accomplished with this issue from their home. Unfortunately, they want money to keep subscription going, but the app does not even work correctly. Seems like a simple problem to me but I just can’t get General Motors to call back. Very frustrating after spending so much on a pick up. please GM, get it together.
