    This happened to my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500. Problem was the ground strap just behind the passenger front wheel. Use a voltmeter from the battery negative to the frame, should be zero volts. Salt from the roads deteriorates the strap. Use a 14" rubber coated #4 gauge strap instead of the braided.
