have a 2016 Silverado 1500 w/eassist every so often the service charging system come on and voltage drops to around 10/11 volts i disconnect the pos on the battery then reconnect it and every thing is back to normal for a while sometime for just a few miles or sometimes for over a week regardless of road conditions ...any help would be appreciated
