2007 yukon front parking light and tail light blown fuse

This is for whomever might still run into this issue, as I just did. Fuse #25 in the underhood fuse block blows when opening the liftgate. The vehicle is a 2007 GMC Yukon XL Denali. Above the very back of the headliner, the brown wire to the license plate lights was being dragged across a sharp edge on the body. Thankfully, there is a connector right next to it that allows for the harness to be pulled out making repairs much easier. I hope this helps somebody.
