    I don't have an elite, I have an RX and mike norris. I do t have a problem with either I like the RX because it's painted to match the car (AGM). I prefer the mike norris because his shop is like 7 miles away and he is a very knowledgable guy. Ryan

    Don't blame you one bit. Lots of horror stories out there about issues with oil changes. I had 4 free ones with our van I took it in once they gave me a hard time becAuse I only had 2500 miles I was like I have a coupon doesn't specify miles. They went round and round about their "special" synthetic oil. I haven't been back mobil 1 works fine Toyota oil isn't special Ryan
