  1. I have the exact same problem after a new transmission and torque converter on my 2014 1/2 ton. I believe it's the MAF sensor. In my case the issue is in top gear only at part throttle going uphill.
  2. That's it. I've got the same one in my truck. Easy to just look up an Escalade.
  3. Phil,

I've been out of the loop for a little while and would like to update my mirrors if you have what I need. I have a 2014 1500 LT that had remote mirrors and I want to update to the features of the LTZ style mirrors with built in turn signals, foldability and puddle lights. I have the new mirrors installed, new mirror switch (which gave me the foldable ability, I just need the rest wired up. Do you have what I need?

    Thanks,

    Ken

Oops... read one topic and replied to another. Sorry. I have also updated to the autodimming rearview mirror and need the harness to update it as well.

  9. Be careful with that foot long.... you could hurt somebody!
  10. Jose, Did you check both ends? The coil ends may not be seated either.
  11. No, you need to get under the hood. One is loose.
  12. Yeah, you have a wire misfiring.
  13. In and around Dallas / Ft Worth. Got family in every direction from there.

  15. Jose, be careful brother. It's a long way home and there are some idiots out there.
  16. I had read a post by a guy on here and he complained about the cost difference from the standard can to the E2-X. I had already made my mind up I was going with a catch can, clean side separator and a check valve. I then was tempted by the braided hose option as well. I ordered the standard can first (love the colors) and before install realized I was going to do the E2-X. Returned it, and then realized the E2-X came with most all of the goodies I wanted! Only got to do the braided hoses and I'm good to go. I decided to hold off until I was happy with the installation and will get hoses cut to fit, since they are a bear to cut cleanly. PS: Just an FYI for all you guys that can't figure out how to put the 3/8" rubber hoses on the AN fittings on the E2-X can.... The fitting comes apart and you just slide the end of the fitting over the hose then tighten it back up.
  17. The E2-X also contains a lot more goodies than the other set-ups. That is why it is more pricey. The standard can for $159 is nothing more than the can, two fittings, hose and clamps. The E2 can is a bigger can for a few more dollars and you have the ability to go to a second inlet system for blower motors and aggressive driving. The E2-X system comes with the can, hoses, AN fittings on the can, check valve, and the clean air system. By the time you add up all of the extra goodies you are not paying much more for the oil can itself. However, it is a far superior design, bigger capacity and has a built in ball drain valve. If you really want to be the cat's meow, throw a brass hose barb on the drain add a piece of 3/8" drain hose and zip tie it to something down low under the truck. Then you can just kick a drain pan under the truck in the predescribed location on the bottom of the hose and turn the drain valve from under the hood and you don't even get your hands dirty!
  18. When you run over Fords and Dodges it can be messy.....
  19. Finished up with my Elite catch can install and a Black Bear tune. All I can say is WOW!
  20. The isolator does what yours does without flipping a switch. It is an automatic device that isolates the second battery when the ignition is off. However, when the vehicle is on the alternator will charge both batteries, allowing for a true automated process. You would still run your invertor off of the second battery, and any device you needed to run. As for the mounting under the seat, I would go by how hot the invertor gets as to whether or not I would install it there. A small one would definitely be no problem.
