I remember I had 4 KC daylighters long range on a light bar on my truck and would flick them on and felt like I could see more than half a mile. They were totally illegal for on road use and in my state you are only allowed a max of 4 lights on at a time up front. I like how they pivot at the bottom. The ones that came with my lift were at some odd angles and I think that's what snapped them at the LCA end, just too much torque on a dinky little stud. Oh and the top is a bolt not a stud so its a real clean look And I think if you just buy them from cognito they will come faster. norcal truck didn't have very good customer service. They didn't tell me they had to order them until I emailed them two weeks later Sent from the side of the road...

Installed new Cognito sway bar end links today, way easier to install compared to the stock ones. Only took a freakin month for norcal truck to send them to me: And here are the ones that came with the lift: Yes, the tops are sheered off, not sure how that happened Sent from the side of the road...

Get a longer bolt on the differential mount side and stack washers until you get the height you need. But that could cause other clearance issues as well Sent from the side of the road...

Yeah very straight forward. Just grind them flat and drill em out. If you have a good bit and keep it oiled it should only take 15 min. Sent from the side of the road...

Those are bout $40-$50 a piece and be prepared to grind or drill out the old rivets. Not too bad though. Then I installed this lift and it doesn't use them, oh well lol Sent from the side of the road...

Ive been there too. Been a year and a half since we put down my 12 year old German Shephard and like Zach I still talk about her and think about her every once in a while. Hard to lose a best friend like that Sorry to hear about that Sarah

This is the plate I made to mount where the bolts hold the passenger side of the front diff. to the frame. A longer bolt and some washers may be needed though to provide clearance, or not because your truck is stock height and I mounted mine to the drop bracket of the lift so it torqued it at a steep angle. If you want the dimensions for the plate, I still have them laying around That's the bracket they give to you with the kit. Where I figured to mount it was extend the stabilizer all the way out, measure it, push it back in half way, and then attach the stabilizer to the custom bracket and then the one provided and mount it from there. You can also see the support bracket for the Cognito kit I was talking about. Basically sandwiches the drag link and uses heim joints and sleeved nuts to do the job And there is the final product! Any questions or more pics and I will get them for you!

I custom made a bracket for mine cause it wouldnt work with my new McGaughy's lift, I have a pic on my phone that I'll post up in a minute. And if you want to tighten up your steering, get a Cognito pitman/ idler arm support kit, really helped me on my 35's, bet it would do even more on your stock size tires as well. Time to build that 6.2 and put twin turbos on it now lol
