    I gotta pull the passenger side inner tie rod because its not accepting grease so I'll pull both and compare. I read on some jeep forums that it could be the pitman or idler arm, but the drag link is in stock position. Could it maybe be that cognito support kit I have on the pitman and idler arms?

    Any ideas on why when I turn left it is about an inch shorter than when I turn right?

    Gotta fab up a bracket so I can use a steering stabilizer with this kit. Shouldn't be too hard to do.

    Watch out for those DDM HID's, I have them, a good bulb and everything. But Ive had them take as short as 2 weeks and as long as 4 weeks to get to my doorstep. All depends on the Customs agency I guess

    Yeah I already had the HD leaf packs but I was wondering if the AAL will really kill the ride. Shouldn't be too bad. Finishing up the rear today and gonna drive it a bit to let everything settle and then see how it rides and if its too tall in the rear. I have 6.25" blocks plus AAL plus the HD packs so it might sit a lot higher than I think

    Anyone think 2500HD springs plus AAL is overkill on a 1500? Think it will ride too harsh? Should I just take out the AAL and put in the 6" block chilling on my shelf right now? Don't want it to ride like crap that's all

    Dang 584, that's a little more than what I'm looking at spending on ONE tire haha but it will also be a 37" tire for a 20" wheel so I'm doing it to myself

    It ain't my first rodeo with a lift on this truck but the last one wasn't this difficult. They need to overnight me some new brackets. Bad enough I had to wait 3 weeks for the lift to come in and now this. And watch the new ones will be delayed for powder coating just like the kit

    Ran into another problem with the lift yet again, beginning to wonder if it was even worth installing now Yes that is the torsion bar drop bracket and it won't fit on one side. WTF

    I've never worked on a vehicle lift so I wouldn't know the difference. But I have done so much on these set of stands that km used to it. I've pulled 3 trannies with these. Plus the body lift helps

    Still working on this damn lift. Finally got the front done. Just need to get off early tomorrow to install the new rear differential and AAL and maybe blocks depending on how it sets Passenger side. I keep screwing up so that's why its taken this long Driver side with tire. Its still stands so it will sit a little lower but hopefully not by too much

    Still working on installing newly geared differentials and new lift kit. Did the tear down yesterday, time to start the rebuild here soon, after I go to the store and have to get a couple washers and nuts that they forgot to add in the hardware bag, wtf...

    hmmm you had to jump start it after it sitting for 2 weeks? I had my truck on stands for 3 months about 2 years ago, throughout the winter, and I replaced my plugs and wires (they were do) when I went to start it up and it fired right on up. Then again, I only had my battery in there for a year before it started sitting

    I remember doing the same thing but that's back when I had my old springs and they were basically flat before any weight was put on em haha

    Funny thing is, my wheel bearings are still original to the truck (345k today). Might replace them this weekend with my new lift

    Do it yourself it is not hard at all. And you can replace everything for the price of them to install a few things. I used Energy Suspension bushings. Come as a complete kit and perform awesome. Make sure you follow instructions on using the grease it comes with. Buy extra and don't be scared to use it. Just wipe off excess

    You should put in polyurethane bushings. Night and day difference in handling

    Can you actually see with those LED's while backing up? I have LED's and cant see crap. I have to hold my brake lights to see anything. But they look awesome so I haven't swapped em out yet haha

    Does it matter if I use regular nuts or nylon lock nuts on my u bolts?
