  1. Got my full console from Ebay used in like new condition. I did alot of research to figure out how to wire it so all the functions would work. I.e. wireless phone charger and usb/ cigarette liter ports for the rear passenger. I have a currently have a 22 2.7l Custom that doesn't have the required connection under the front passenger seat. After hours of looking at schematics and testing wires, I managed to hard wire my center console to the fuse box on the passenger side. Wire on the CC harness to Fuse box Both Red/white to F5 (Battery positive) Violet to F20 (Accessory on) Violet/yellow to F23 (Accessory on) BOTH Black to Ground below the Fuse box. The only section I wasn't able to get working yet is the USB in the middle of the console (the one with the map SD card). This one I believe needs to be connected to the radio that has the built in navigation. (once I get one I'll update this post.
  2. This wireless charger has me stumped. Can anyone help? I bought the new charger from a 2018. Installed it and got nothing. During trouble shooting I found green and purple/yellow wire cut by the console lid....repaired it and still nothing. I’m receiving over 13v on the green wire....not purple/ yellow wire. I even tried reversing purple and geeen wire on the truck and only received the lighting bolt on the radio but phone didn’t charge. When I did this the 13v dropped to 2v. I tried to hook the charger to a small 12v battery and it powered up and phone charged when power was applied to green and black wire. I read several post where this new charger worked plug and play but I wondering if pinout is different configuration on 2015 Yukon for some reason?
  3. Brand new to this forum, but searched this topic with no luck. Just picked up a used 2015 Denali XL that was made in the early part of the 2015 model year. This one came without wireless charger on the console lid. Question is: I can purchase a New OEM takeoff console lid on ebay pretty reasonable. Is the wiring harness for the wireless charger already in place on this vehicle? Anybody know if there is a bridge/adapter harness to add this on? Buy a whole console harness? Is it even worth the effort to get the wireless charging? Thanks for any and all advise.
  4. Cannibalize my existing Samsung Wireless Charger and installed wireless charging ability to my 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 LS. Minimal modifications (3 non-visible drilled wholes). Parts required are: Phillips screw driver, Drill and Drill bit. Source Charger might requiring some other parts. My job required micro Phillips screw driver, soldering iron, solder, sander, speaker wire (3") Electrical tape, and pliers. Enjoy and pass along any suggestions.
