I used heat gun on low and heated the pieces a bit, then cut them off with heavy test fishing line (holding the line as close to the truck body as possible), then removed the remaining adhesive and foam with 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner and a plastic 3" puddy knife. Can't tell they were ever there, Zero damage. -
