  1. That’s quite a haul from south FL haha
  2. Where are you located? I’ve been thinking about changing mine to a denali grille. The surround in the photo is only wrap, not paint.
  3. The brackets from an ‘18 obviously don’t bolt up, so had to extend each bracket about 1.5” I think.
  4. There are a few threads about this. There’s a lengthy thread in the 1500 forum. I put in a console out of a 2018, because I prefer 3 cup holders, but it took some welding. There are a couple on eBay with upper storage right now out of the newer trucks.
  5. They are Katzkin
  6. Still waiting on summit white fender molding (received frosted molding lights) and handles are getting painted soon.
  7. Got the Katzkins installed. After having black leather in the last 5 trucks, I wanted something different, that wasn’t plain and so factory looking. Was a bold move, but I’m very happy with the outcome.
  8. Looks good. My frosted lights came in, just waiting for the painted molding to arrive..
  9. Mine did that this morning, only 1k miles. Hope it isn’t recurring.
  10. I got mine done today. Have a buddy that’s a welder. We raised the console a little for comfort. I’m 6’5” and I’ve always disliked how low the armrest is. Turned out well, and everything is getting wrapped in red Katzkin next week.
  11. Do you have any pics? I’m doing this exact conversion in my 2500. Did you weld the flat stock to existing? Thanks
  12. Cool, thanks
  13. I placed the order. How long did the lights take to arrive?
  14. I emailed them last week. He said “per the website September 26”.
  15. I’m jealous. Can’t find the molding to save my life. Looks good.
  16. Thanks. Like I said, I do prefer the look of paint, but just not an option for this truck that’s used for work. Paint may hold up, but I’d imagine if it gets kicked / scuffed enough with boots, it will wear.
  17. Mud flap Total for all 10 pieces - $142 otd
  18. Had the 4 corner steps line-x’d in white (did that on my ‘18 and held up the two years I had it). Paint looks better but my truck is used for work and I worry about the paint holding up, even with the step pad being left factory. Also had the 6 lower mud flaps line-x’d in black for when I get the summit white fender molding (think it will look better than the factory black and not show dirt as bad).
  19. Can’t believe these are still on backorder everywhere in summit white.
  20. ^ Appreciate it. so the step pad: you just used a plastic trim tool to get between the lip to unclip it? I started on one, but got stuck (which is when I thought the bumper needed to come off). Maybe the step pad still being attached is why it was so tight.
  21. Looks like you’re friends with a painter or have you own booth, I’m jealous. I’m in the process of color-matching. Two questions: On the mirrors, what did you do about the unseen portion (until you extend mirrors)? I looked at mine and don’t see how that could be painted and not scratch. Im about to paint my 4 steps. We’re you able to remove the bumper steps without removing the bumper? Thanks
