  1. The dealer installed the new clip on the center console side of my seat. This is incorrect, the clip wasn't connecting anything. I moved it to the door side of the seat where it connects the pivot block (white block) with the pivot bracket (metal bracket). It only took me about 15 minutes to put it on the proper side of the seat, for both seats. This probably explains why I didn't feel any improvement after the TSB was done. I tried taking a picture of how it was originally installed, but it didn't come out too good.
  2. They installed my clip on the center console side of the seat, not the door side. All of the pictures I have seen show the clip on the door side of the seat. Can the clip be put on either side of the seat?
  3. Was this supposed to be fixed on newer trucks? My truck was built in March 2015 and a few times already I felt the seat move back when I was coming to a stop? It rarely happens right now, but I assume it will get more frequent with more time.
  4. The machined 20" Denali wheel does not have Denali stamped in it, they just started shipping with them. The chrome and polished Denali rims do have Denali stamped on them. The machined rim looks the same as the chrome/polished ones, minus the Denali stamp
  5. I had a 04 5.3 with a 4 speed, then I bought an 11 5.3 with a 6 speed. On paper the 04 was supposed to get 18 mpg highway and the 11 on paper 21 mpg highway. In real life, the 04 got 20 mpg highway and the 11 got 21 mpg. I think the 1 mph came from the extra gears in the tranny. I don't feel AFM buys you much. City mileage is within 1 mpg of the two vehicles also. One major difference in highway mileage I have seen in my trucks is the actual speed, anything over 73 mph, the gas mileage nose dives, at least several miles per gallon. Under that, they get reasonable mileage. When I refer to the 20-21 mpg averages, that is for a full tank, so a 550-600 mile average.
