Same thing just happened to me. 2021 3500 HC. Tire pressure was fine. Tread still had life. Ended up talking to a neighbor.. He had the same thing happen on his 2021 2500. I sent Goodyear a note to their claims division. We'll see how they want to proceed.

I have been tracking my mileage since day one. My first two tanks were very close by hand. The next 5 or so fill ups have all been off by approx 1 mpg. The computer adds an extra mpg somewhere everytime. Highway or city does not seem to matter as well. Stock 6.2L 3.55 gears 4x4

6.2L 3.42 4X4 Austin to San Antonio and then to Corpus Christi with a 20mph head wind(only close to Corpus Christi) doing no greater than 70mph the entire way. --- 17.8 (by hand) --- 18.3 reported by the dash. About 20 miles driven around Corpus Christi and then back to San Antonio going into a strong northern while doing 75mph --- 14.9 (by hand) --- 15.6 reported by the dash. Maybe its the strong wind, but my dash read out does not seem to be very accurate.

Corpus Christi to Austin Texas: cruise set at 70mph. I averaged 19.6mpg. The route I take has many small hills so v4 did not activate as much as it normally does on flat highway stretches. I am now averaging around 17.8mpg with 70% farm roads and 30% city driving. Running premium fuel as well.
