Any news on how to fix this?

I told the lady that im not blaming her. She said t hat she would be upset too.

I just called about my case with chevy, the lady said that the part was on national backorder. I went into a whole lecture with the lady about why the demand was so high and that the original product was inferior on a $40,000 vehicle. I asked if her husband pulled up to take her out on a date in a truck with no ac would she be excited. She said one of her clients was still waiting for the part from march. I informed her that if I was still waiting from march, I would drive my truck back to the dealer, throw them my keys and demand my money back. I said if I am stuck with the $1400 repair this will be the last chevy I ever purchase.

1400 is high, i needed some new hoses and a bracket. The parts were about 500 she said. Everyone needs to file a complaint with chevy please.

Add me to the condenser problem as well. Where is the freaking recall on this. The dealer wants 1400 to fix it, once they get the part in.

Mine is vibrating as well. Can chevy fix this?

Mine seems to switch at weird times and almost feels like the trans is slipping. I am hoping that whenever they actually fix my recall for the computer it will fix this as well. Right now my truck is dead in the chevy garage because when they went to upgrade the computer system I guess it crashed. Now they are waiting for Chevy corp to call them in a new code was the story I got.

I don't know how it works, I didn't design it, but a correctly designed piece of equipment should work consistently... correct?

I just want crap to work like it should, that is why he wants to know why. That is why it is important.. you pay all of this money for a truck, you expect it work correctly.
