I finally found a fix! After buying 2 different 2014 GM trucks with this issue (see past posts) and battling GM over a year, I finally found a fix for the sub-par manufacturing of the new GM truck model. I bought a 2015 Ford F150 FX4 and I have not looked back since. I have always been a GM guy, but they will never get another dime from me or my family. I suggest you all do the same. Good luck guys.

Has anyone actually been able to successfully file for Lemon Law and receive a refund? I am on my 2nd 2014 GM truck and I am looking for some advise. Please PM me.

**Update** I have been working directly with the owner for the dealership that I purchased my latest 2014 GMC Sierra from to get this issue fixed (I am know that there is a slim chance that they will actually fix this issue, as this is my 2nd 2014 GM truck with the same issue). However, he is very aware of the shaking/vibration issue and has been straight forward with me on the topic. He claims they have fixed a few vehicles already, so I am letting them give it a shot (I don't really have a choice at this point). So far.. they have Road Force Balanced all 4 tires, replaced the ring and pinion, and are now replacing the rear axle. They have had my truck for over a week so far and I am waiting to hear how much longer they will have it. I will report back with the results. IF this does not work, and my expectations are low, I will be diving into the buy-back documentation process and buying a Ford..

Yes, they have the 2015s on the lot in central Texas.

**Update** I traded in my shaky 2014 Silverado last week for a brand new 2014 GMC Sierra SLT. They seem to be willing to work with me on my trade and I was happy with the new truck purchase.. Seven days and 400 miles later, the 2014 GMC Sierra is shaking just as bad as my Silverado was..(steering wheel vibration between 40-50 mph and seats shaking from 70-80mph). I have contacted the dealership as to what they can do for me, since I have barely had the new truck for a week. I will report back with what I find. I have a feeling I will have to go Lemon Law this time. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS ISSUE IS ALSO HAPPENING ON THE 2015 MODELS?

I am guessing there is still no fix for this issue? I have had the same issue with my 2014 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab LT ever since I hit around 8k miles. I am now at 12k miles and have had my truck in the shop 5 times, at two different dealerships, still not fixed. At the first dealership, my tires were replaced because they were "out of round", my drive-shaft was replaced, checked my alignment and road force balanced my tires. After none of this worked, the dealership concluded that the vibration was within GM's "quality standards" and there was nothing else they could do for me. The second dealership said they had a new "vibration sensing device" that was sent to them by GM to detect issues such as this. After running their tests, they road force balanced my tires and called it a day. This is my 7th GM truck and I have never experienced such a rough and annoying ride quality, this truck drove like a Cadillac when it was first purchased. Has anyone tried filing Lemon Law for this problem? This will be my next step and if that doesn't work, I will be selling my truck and switching loyalties.
