    Yeah, I'm not sure why the antenna is where it is but I'm sure there is a reason for it. I had a brand new gloss black antenna in my tool box do I swapped the black grained antenna it came with for it.

    Ordered this truck from the dealer I work at towards the end of September and it came in on Monday. 2017 RC Z71. 5.3 flex fuel engine. Not sure what I plan to do with it yet. I want to lower it and put 22" Z28 replicas on it, but it rides so nice I hate to do anything to the suspension right now. First thing I need is an exhaust. Not many options for a regular cab. I either want it to dump or have side exit. It's gotta be loud though. Any recommendations?

    try putting it in 2wd and disconnecting the negative battery cable fr a few minutes and see if it shifts back to 2wd when you reconnect it . There is a bulletin for an updated shift actuator. Do not remove the old one, the internal selector is spring loaded and snaps to nuetral when you pull the actuator out, and you need to use GDS2 to get it back into position after reinstalling it.

    We've had three trucks with a loud ticking and one of the pushrods on the AFM lifters was bent. I guess the lifter will stick and cause the pushrod to bend. All three times we replaced the affected pushrod, Vlave and the VLOM and they haven't come back.
