What have you done to your K2 today?

Installed a heated GMC all terrain steering wheel so I could have heat and red stitching. And also replaced the silver plastic interior pieces with Denali brushed aluminum pieces. -
Then in 2024 I added LT4 injectors, LT4 high pressure pump, new low side Walbro pump, a slightly smaller pulley, Katech throttle body, some heat wrap under the intake while I was in there, and reworked my intake to make a custom 4". I also added a driveshaft loop. I went back for a re-tune and picked up a few more ponies and was able to knock a half second off my 1/4 mile time to get me a 12.3 @ 110 mph

I just realized I haven't updated this thread in 5 years! I still have it, it has 15,000 miles on it now and some more mods. Next thing I did was install headers in 2022. Stainless works headers wrapped with DEI heat wrap, true dual exhaust with X pipe and speed engineering muffler. I also used ARP 12 point headerstuds.

I'd really like to do a manual swap too

Cancer is a terrible thing. He was way too young to be gone already

I just got some shocking news. I don't know if anyone knows but Brandon (Nasty) passed away a few weeks ago. I sent him a text a few days ago because I hadn't heard from him in a few weeks, and his mom just replied back to me telling me the sad news. Rest in peace, buddy. You will be missed

I finally got this thing to the track last night. Ran a best of 12.81 @106. Here's a video of a 12.89@106 with a 1.7 60".

6,600 miles. Nothing new, just some pics from last week and this weekend I reinstalled my Roll pan because it came un-taped in the corners. I'm really thinking about getting the New Corvette though, So I might only have this a couple more years. We'll see.

That JL stuff is great, I didn't use the TWK , but my JL amp does everything else that it does besides the signal correction.

Yah, that's the wrong one then. Pretty sure the valve cover I took it off of came off of a 2001 Z06, because I have the complete engine in pieces in my garage. -

I know the longer Gen 4 engine part number locks in horizontally, I've tried that one a while ago and it didn't work. The Corvette part works though. I jusy had to cut off the top retaining tab, since this elbow only has a lower tab. I can't get it back off without pulling the valve cover otherwise I'd take another picture. -

I don't know if you can see the picture, but this locked on straight up the way it should be. It came off of a Corvette LS1. Not sure of the part number. -
nope, I guess he tunes Whipples with 10-12 psi with the stock fuel system all the time. I think I should be able to do 500whp without running out of fuel, so I can probably do headers and be pretty much maxed out. Now, These are SAE corrected numbers. it was 45 degrees out and the observed numbers were around 510/520 before the correction. So I don't know if I'm maxed out now, or what. I'd rather not be maxed out and risk going lean than risking it trying to squeeze every last pony out of it. So I'm probably not going to do headers any time soon at this point. The tuner was really impressed with the numbers. He's a Procharger and Whipple dealer so he wasn't really excited when I told him I went TVS, but now he's considering this blower for his truck since the price is so low and it made good numbers.
