There's a service bulletin for this issue now, GM wants you to replace the pump, booster, master cylinder and the line from the pump to the booster. The pump is definitely a redesign, but I didn't notice anything different with the rest of the parts.

Is the hanger upside down, or do the lowering hangers mount that way?

I finally brought my truck into work to do the update. It fixed it on my truck.

I'm guessing this is a 2wd since I can't find a kit for 17's with 4wd?

I took the blocks out from under the rear springs but I'm afraid if I do shackles before I get spindles it will look higher in the front.

yes, I have the stamped steel arms

I'm having a hard time finding drop spindles for a 2017 4x4 with stamped steel lower control arms. McGaughy's says theirs only fit 2wd and no one else seems to make them.

the undercover covers are great. I really wanted one but decided a roll up was more practical for me, even though I hardly ever use the truck. And don't feel too bad about the turkey scratches. My dog scratched my truck a month after I got it, while it was in the garage of all places.

I forgot to update this that the new software for the TCM was out as of the 13th. I haven't done mine yet, or any customer's trucks so I can't comment on if I've seen any differences yet.

you guys are so impatient. There will be a fix soon. The 14-16s don't do it so I'm sure they'll fix the software. I don't see what the big deal is.

One of the field engineers came by today and said GM is working on the "fish biting" as he called it. The GM engine team says the transmission needs more slip and the transmission team says they can't put any more slip in without posing a risk to damage the transmission. So as soon as they get it all figured out there will be an update for the transmission software. He said to drive it in tow haul mode or manual 5 and it won't happen.

I'm not sure what they think/ I'm hoping it's just going to be updated software for the ECM or TCM. My truck is a 6 speed but the customer's truck at work was an 8 speed.
