  1. That Camaro is gorgeous Ryan! Love the side skirts Got some new rear tires for my WS6, mount them later this week. Didn't go with drag radials anymore, I don't race the car anymore and one of my DR's got a nice buldge to it.
  2. Saw a car just like Ryan's this past weekend, pictures do not do that car justice! It was gorgeous. My WS.6 hit 101k a couple weeks ago. It also developed this "thumping" noise in the back end during braking, went under it to try and figure it our but nothing looks out of place or loose. Pulled out the rear springs and just ended up getting a nice gash on my knuckle, its what I get for being lazy and not removing the shocks. Looks like I nailed someone right on the teeth lol
  3. Beginner here, I just got a Glock 19 a couple months ago. I plan to carry that for now. I got a Concealment Express IWB holster and been carrying that (empty) trying to get used to it. It definitely took some adjusting too but I think I found a comfortable area. I'm thinking about buying and Alien holster also and giving that a whirl. Still waiting on my permit, took my class on Jan 20th. I submitted my paperwork the following Wednesday and wife's paperwork the following Friday. Checking the status online, her LTC is ready to print and mine is in background check. I thought mine would be quicker but she beat me!
  4. I don't think I've shared a pic of my car. Here she is, 2002 Trans Am WS.6 with a 6 speed. Just full exhaust, intake, 4.11 gears and some suspension work. She's my daily right now and the miles have been piling up on her. currently at 98k. I can't wait till I get another daily and park her again
  5. Nice, looking forward to your tasteful mods. You've done a very good job on your current SS.
  6. Nice, hopefully it works out for you this time around.
  7. You can find them as Tahoe wheels, they came on my Texas Edition.
  8. You probably don't even have to bend the seem, it'll just take a little finessing lol I just got tired of struggling with the long bolt in the awkward position and trying to get it in.
  9. Thanks! No problems with it, rides just like stock. I did bend the seem on the driver side but it was more for ease of access to putting the shackle in.
  10. Thank ya!! Your truck was an inspiration when I first joined this forum
  11. Well clayed, buffed (Meguiers 205), sealed, waxed and added some h2o Guard and Gloss from Adams this past weekend. Wished I could add some 22's, color match bumpers and I would be pleased with appearance. 3rd thread that I post these on lol
  12. Removed block and 1 inch hole on the drop shackles
  13. Pretty much stock be she looks alright, gave her a buff and fresh wax this past weekend
  14. ^ that looks awesome! I love your wheels! You have a build thread?
  15. Got my undercover Flex put on today! Was a pain to adjust but it looks awesome and also changed the oil about two days ago. Also hit 9k on her about 3 days ago!
  16. Left Taget yesterday and I had a rattle under the dash, it was pretty noticeable and I was getting real irritated. On the way home I reached down and pulled a couple areas, one of the areas felt real loose and it would stop rattling when I would apply pressure to it. Got home and found the loose screw, it was directly above the handle for the hood. Removed 2 screw to get access to it and then tighten up the loose screw, it was really loose! Rattle is gone but I'm not gonna lie, I'm upset. At 9,000 she developed her first rattle.
  17. Sweet! I was going to go with the G2 also but the Flex got the edge on it for me. It gets here tomorrow and I can't wait!
  18. I love the way the color matched gauges look! I want to do something about the chrome there also but I'm scared to start prying stuff lol
  19. Well just ordered my Undercover Flex from AutoAnything for $683 out the door. Pretty excited! Hopefully it gets here this week.
  20. Do some research on pinion angles. It's meant to be angled and not actually straight. It might be straight going out of your diff but has an angle at the transmission. You might need to add some shims to the back to make your diff come down some to restore that angle.
  21. Man, that looks so good! ^^
  22. I kept the resonator and I might add the flapper back. I wasn't really going for loud, I wanted a deep/throaty sound and got exactly that. I have a 2 yr old and a wife lol my other car is the loud one.
  23. A muffler shop will be able to fit the muffler for you, a 3 inch won't be hard at all for them to fit. I accidentally bought a 3.5 inch and they made it fit. Mine is a straight in-straight out muffler.
  24. I couldn't understand your methods. it might be because I have a drink or two in me right now but this is the way I did it. Jacked truck up and placed jack stands on frame of truck so the differential hangs freely. Loosen (remove) U-bolts. Use jack to lift leaf springs up and remove block while the springs separate from differential. Make sure differential and leaf springs line up and tighten U-bolts again. Do one side at a time, because if you do both at the same time then the rear will move and you'll need another jack to straighten it all out again. Thankfully I have two big jacks, otherwise I don't know what I would've done...
