    Does anybody have issues with the knobs being loose in their sockets? like poor craftsmanship

    Whitemike, I've heard that it's internal with receiver. Changing speakers won't solve it. But if you do and it works. Let Me know. I'll give it a try as well.

    I get the "crackling" using bluetooth and high pitch noises in music I am playing also. I thought about changing the dash speakers out.

    I get the crackle, distortion on am stations as well, but worse on fm. Definitely in hd. Played a cd the other day and on 50% volume I noticed some slight distortion in dash speakers. All the issues are in dash speakers.
