  1. In Canada I have got mine Krown Rust Proofed every year. Looks like new frame under the buildup of coating. Any protected spots on the frame that have worn off from rubbing on stuff I have slathered on waterproof grease.
  2. My 2015 now with 138k kms does the same thing. sometimes it is worse than others but seems pretty normal
  3. I have a 2" block spacer under the front strut.... and yes the rear does have 1 add a leaf at 2" lift. I think a lot of it is from the angle i took the picture, but yes unloaded the rake is the same angle as stock. 275/70r18 bfg k02 with mayhem rampage wheels. volant cold air intake, superchips 2845
  4. I have had both the random multiple misfire code and then misfires in cylinder 5 and 7 at seperate dates. This all happened at 102,000kms.....only 22,000 KMS after changing the plugs which is not great. i changes the plugs again and wires. Bought a superchips tuner and tuned out the afm, and started running premium fuel with a bit of lucas injector cleaner. so far 22,000 kms since the issue and it has not happened again (Now at 125,000 KMS).
  5. OUCH on that frame! I live in Ontario and rust is an issue with all the salt. I have a 2015 and have Krown Rust proofed it once a year since i got it and it has helped keep the rust down.
  6. I have it full or earplugs....
  7. Wow what a terrible answer that does not address the question. I also own a FLASHPAQ f5 and am looking to see if there is any more out of it via the settings. I am so sick of reading when you guys just reccommend another tuner. That was not the question. Any better/more fun settings would be greatly appreciated.
  8. Looks untreated and normal for that, just my opinion. I get mine sprayed inside the body and the underside from krown rustproofing. No sure what is available in the states but it takes care of it up here.
  9. I have a 2015 5.3, non adjustable pedals. I pulled the carpet back a bit and was able to jam a wood shim in there and it achieved the fix (cant see it, does not look bad in my opinion. Much easier than a bunch of bolts). No tools, no cutting, didnt take anything apart. It was not night and day in my case, BUT I for sure do feel it improved throttle response. I feel more connected to the motor. Easy, quick, cheap fix for a bit more of a real feel into the machine.
  10. I have a 6 speed.....and it makes noises out of the leafs here and there. The only noise I have heard kind of like that is when my 4 wheel drive disengages.......not too sure!! Hope you get her fixed up.
  11. My truck has done the exact same thing a few times in the winter/fall when it is cold out. 2015 Silvrado 5.3L. No issues with coolant being low...but strange indeed. **I had a buddy who had a small crack somewhere in his radiator on a 2014 GMC sierra, whole rad had to be replaced.
  12. Hey Everyone, new poster here. I have read through the forums a lot. I have a stock silverado double cab LS 4x4 5.3 3.42 gears up in Ottawa Ontario. I would like to do a set of blistein 5100's all around, raise the front shock collar to the max or one from the max for the most lift....and also add a leaf to the rear along with the new rear shocks. What are your thoughts on this?? I think it would give the truck a good mini lift while improving the suspension overall. The truck currently has 6100kms.......opinions?
