  1. What brand of tire and size do you have on your Silverado?

  2. Installed the Borla muffler that they have on clearance now. It was an easy quick install at home. I just clamped it in to make sure I like it. I'll have my shop weld it in and remove the flapper and resonator at a later time. I have the flapper clamped open for now. It sounds nice. A little louder than stock but a nice low tone growl when the throttle is pressed. It's not overpowering and the V4 change is almost non existent. It's really a nice muffler for those that only want a moderate increase in sound but with a lower tone. I drive the same routes a lot and have noticed over a 1mpg gain. I put over 200mi on it today alone. I also want to note that at first it was very quiet (close to stock) and started to change after an hour or 2 of driving to get to where it is. http://www.borla.com/products/muffler:_675_rd__x_2400_lon_part__19131347.html Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  3. Thanks!!! That looks perfect. I was thinking 1.75 may be too much but it looks just right!
  4. Magstar, do you have a straight on pic of your truck? I'm going to pull the trigger on wheel spacers and fender flares soon and curious how yours look straight on. With the 1.75", you didn't need to trim the studs correct?

  6. Yeah, for some reason body lifts here are an expensive install. A couple shops tell me that the 8hr install listed on the website is not accurate. They say it's 10 or more. The suspension lift is only 5hrs.
  7. This is where I'm torn. It appears a suspension lift may be cheaper than a body lift. My local shop gave me quotes on both $1000 3.5" Rough Country suspension lift with UCA's $1800 1.5" Body Lift The suspension comes with a lifetime parts and labor on the lift. Mine is almost always on pavement. Mostly for looks
