  1. I had a lifter break on Cylinder #6. Took two weeks for the repair. I have a 5.3 with 55k. Time for the L5P...
  2. I had that same problem but with a 2 inch zone kit. To solve the problem I added a washer to the bottom bolt
  3. The more negative the number is the more it will stick out. A stock 20 is +27 offset
  4. Thanks for the reply. how much backspacing do you have? and do they rub at all? Thanks
  5. Looks Good. I am currently in the process of ordering wheels and can't seem to decide to go with a +20 or -1 offset with a 20x9. How far do your tires stick out past the fender?
  6. I have a 2014 Silverado z71, has a 2 inch leveling kit, and has 285/45/22 with stock rims that are a +31 offset. That is a 32.3. there is plenty of room left so you should be good with a 33''.
  7. I didn't even go to the dealer. My dealer is very good to me and I decided not to give them any trouble.
  8. It didn't work. I figured it would be worth a shot, but anyway I needed the other bezel to mount Rocker Switches. Thanks for the reply
  9. Hell if it doesn't work then ill take it to the dealer and see if there is anyway that the can program it work, if not the truck is under warranty. Maybe the dealer will be naive and do whatever they can to make it work. But either way GM is slacking big time.
  10. I Think it can be done. I was taking the panel off where the light and 4wd dials are it it looks that it is wired in my truck, but it does not have the controller. I found the controller and the panel on IAMGMPARTS.com and i ordered them for $80 combined. Ill let y'all know if it works
  11. I am currently in the process of deciding what rims and tires to get for my truck as well. I installed a 2" Zone leveling kit, and I am going to get 20x9 Fuel Hostage, and I finally decided to go with the Deegan 38. It has an aggressive look and is under $300 per tire, plus reviews are great for on road, off road, and in the rain and mud. i also like the look of the toyo MTs but the price puts them out of the picture. Good Luck
  12. Hey Folks I have a 2014 Silverado LTZ Z71, crew cab. I recently installed a Zone leveling kit, 2 inches in the front, and stock suspension in the rear. Currently I am running 285/45/22r and hate the way they looks and for occasional off road performance, well, they suck. I have been to an off road shop and they recommended running a 33 with 20" rims. I like the war that that looks but not sure how it would perform both on and off road compared to running a 18" with 33s. I do not want to have them stick way outside of the fender because rocks will be thrown and chip the paint. I like the way that the fuel Hostage looks and it has good reviews. If i run a 18x9 I will have a lip that is almost 2 inches. With a 20x9 I will only get a 1.5 inch lip. With either of this rims I want to run a Mickey Thompson Deegan 38. Any advice would be great! thanks
