    I AM GETTING A SERVICE DRIVER ASSIST MESSAGE AND AT TIMES MY STEERING IS HARD AND LIGHTS DULL AT LOW SPEED MANEAUVERS. i THINK ITS MY STEERING MOTOR ASSIST. ANYONE HAD THIS HAPPEN AND HOW MUCH DID IT COST TO REPAIR. IT'S NOT THE ALTERNATOR HAD THAT CHECKED ALLREADY. THANKS, MATT

    I'm having the exact same issue its hard to say when it does it and its hard to duplicate with consistency. I describe it like an old squirrel cage blower motor in the dash close to the foot well. Closest I have to duplicate it is turning to the right while stopped. I cannot hear it from outside the vehicle with all the damn ticking these engines make.

    Guys this may seem crazy but it may be your rear leaf springs. I spent hours figuring mine out. They actually have to be greased. I noticed the pop when backing out of a driveway and turning from a stop. Apparently there is a bulletin out there to grease the leafs. I was like do we fill the blinker fluid too. lol
