  1. If that's the only time you have noticable vibrations, congrats ... you don't have the shake. Have the dealer triple flush the transmission fluid and change the filter. Fill with Mobil One or whatever new fluid they have for it. My '15 had the shake. My '18 doesn't. Any vibes I experience now are tire and surface related. I'll address the tires in about 10k more miles and get the same transmission service I suggested to you shortly before/after. My 2cents Sent from my SM-G950U1 using Tapatalk

  4. I'm going to wait until December 2019 before I buy another Silverado. I do miss my 2015 though. Sent from my PH-1 using Tapatalk

  6. Pump your brakes. That's an F-250. Sent from my PH-1 using Tapatalk
  7. I saw somewhere that the front cross member needs to be re-torqued. In most cases with a good lift, the cross member is replaced which explains the shake being fixed. Sent from my PH-1 using Tapatalk
  8. Glad you're ok. Now I can talk about trucks. I traded my truck for a '18 Camaro. The dealership gave me a great deal and I left with a much cheaper note. No more shaking. Maybe in a couple years I'll consider another truck. If RAM has decent success with the new design, it will get a serious look.
  9. First and foremost. Are you ok? Sucks about the truck. I like the air ride more than the truck. But the new design is an improvement.
  10. You don't like your F150 anymore?
  11. Same issue for a while now. That's why I traded mine in. Good luck
  12. I have a snow and ice mode. Might not be that useful in southeast Texas though.
  13. The dealership paid off the truck and I rolled out with this .....
  14. My shaking problem was solved last night.
  15. Ha ha ha. Fixed indeed
  16. Eventually we'll all find what makes this situation better. Fix, trade, etc...
  17. I understand completely. Getting mine ready for the same thing.
  18. Wow. You won everything with yours. Trifecta of "wtf did I buy?"
  19. It's not that serious guys. The trucks are a headache. I'll be free of mine soon enough.
  20. Mine does the rumble strip shake religiously. Lazy SOBs told me it was normal. 3 years and now we have confirmation. Not tires. Cotdamn man. https://www.repairprocedures.com/bulletins/document/16na175/4526930.html
  21. Every GM vehicle whether it has a 6 or 8 speed transmission suffers from this. This is present across different models from Cadillac, GMC, and Chevy. Here's a thread that explains the issue. Please read through the thread before you come back and gripe. http://www.ctsvowners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=81377 If you search other GM forums, they are having the same conversation. GM just sold more trucks, so we b1tch more about it. Here is the service requirement .... 3x transmission flush, Mobil 1 Full Synthetic ATF with the option to replace the TC if present after 200 miles. GM has been fixing this issue in Escalades since the (2014-15) model change. Same platform, different tax bracket. Torque converter shudder. Bulletin 16-NA-175. Forget the tires, shocks, leaf springs etc. Those are quality issues. But don't take my word for it. Search according to your transmission type add torque converter shudder and it will lead you to Bulletin 16-NA-175.
  22. It's not your tires. I've had 4 sets, different brands. Service centers can't wait to say tires and point to the door.
  23. The shake is from 30 - 55 MPH and 70 MPH +. It's a damn shame.
  24. So far this has only been performed on 2WD trucks.
