  1. Traded in my 2016 1500 for a 2017 powerwagon. Air recirculation let's in no air!
  2. Just traded my silverado in for a 2017 Ram Power wagon. Just too many problems and dislikes with the silverado.
  3. Yeah, I found a Ford dealership that also owns a Chevy dealership so they will buy it with it broken.
  4. My 2016 silverado's ac just went out. Only 8,800 miles on it, had it for less than a year. Will be getting it fixed than trading the truck in. Already had the torque converter replaced last month.
  5. About to have my torque converter replace, I will get them to replace the trans fluid with that one.
  6. I would also like to know as well
  7. Do you know what was done? Reprogramming? Something done physically to the trans?
  8. My 2016 Silverado with 1.5" Rough Country leveling kit and new tire setup. 17" rims with 285/70/17 Nitto Terras. Pretty sure I could've fit 33". These are 32.75".
  9. Here's an image of the TSB. Doesn't say its limited to 6.2l. Only which transmission and year is covered. http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/187484-delayed-engagement-on-the-8l90e/
  10. TSB #16-NA-014 : Delayed Engagement after sitting with the engine off. 2015-2015 models.
  11. I've discovered that after the truck has been sitting a while, Shift into drive and let it coast for a few feet( it redistributes the oil in the trans) then slowly accelerate after. The jerk is either really mild or totally gone, depending on how long you coast. I usually just coast out of the garage and another 10 feet and usually there's no jerk. I plan on getting the TSB done to fix this when I go in for my first free service.
  12. Thanks, that's what the shop ended up using.
  13. I got rough country Leveling kits installed at my local shop but they don't have the alignment specs for the 2016 Silverado. They are just going to use the 2015.is it the same? How did you guys get ur 2016 aligned? Thanks
  14. what does the noise sound like? My truck makes a noise like a semi-truck engine braking when I am lightly/med accelerating from 1250-1700 RPMs. If I accelerate harder, it turns to normal sounding acceleration noise.
  15. Thanks guy, glad to hear! Any of you running a catch can on your 2016's? Do you feel it is necessary or not?
