I’ve recently encountered this “infamous” shake or vibration but mine is more around 1250 rpm. Doesnt really matter the speed but it’s more when I’m speeding up staying at 1250 rpm it’s constant so I have to give it more gas to get out of the “shake”. Has GM solved any of these issues? Or given answers to what’s at fault?

Surprised it's still going lol haven't been on here much lately. I really enjoy it first actual truck I have had before was a 88 trans am gta then a 98z28. I have been wanting a truck for a bit. Still have yet to actually put the truck to work just a daily driving so far. Couple days did a 4hr trip to Atlanta got 19mpg there and back. I did put a 2.5 RC level kit and now have 33s on it.

I ended up finding a tonnopro tri fold cover in great shape just little dirty for $150 so I grabbed that and cancelled the order for the truxedo cover and box. Cover is a little loose towards the gate area but I just need to adjust it some

I went with the 4.3 it was in a truck that basically had all the features me and the wife were looking for in a vehicle

New to the forum and found this post exactly what i was looking for. After skimming thru and reading i decided to go with the truxedo low pro qt also grabbed the truxedo tonneau toolbox as well. Cant wait to see how the cover looks and fits.

Camaro45 That's a good size boat being able to tow it. Just don't want to stress the truck out with more than it can handle. Since I just got it don't want it falling apart on me

Yea don't plan on racing at all more of just the usual things people do with trucks is haul and tow stuff. Would the 4.3 be a good start?

Are the 4.3 inferior to the 5.3 or does it just depend on what you plan on doing with it? I always hear why get a truck with a v6 some say its a waste. I know the v6 has come a long way from what they used to output. Is the power output a big difference between the two?
