  1. Mine rubs right on the back of the front fender. I bet yours is rubbing also. I would check under the fender well and see if you can find any marks. Also crank you wheel all the way left or right to see if it touches. It may not touch but if it is close it will probably rub while in motion.
  2. Is it your wheels hitting the front fender? If so check out the NorCal Mod. If you don't want to do the Mod just don't turn your wheels all the way. I have 2017 Silverado with a 6" Fabtech Lift, Fuel Assault 20x10 -18 offset, 35" Toyo Open Country R/T......minimal rubbing only when backing up and turning sharp.
